Our Commitment to Every Puppy
All of our litters are planned. Our dogs are sound in health and temperament and, most importantly, sane. They are also gorgeous. We take pride in giving each puppy an excellent foundation. Temperament is fifty percent inherited and fifty percent environmental, but a new owner can undo our work in a few days. Puppies are started on house training, crate training and grooming training. No puppy leaves us to go to a new family until we feel it is mature enough to handle the stress of leaving everything it has known to join a new home.
Puppy Health & Safety Protocol
Our first priority is the well-being of the puppies. We want the transition to be as stress free as possible for both the puppy and the new owner. For that reason, no puppy or pregnant or nursing mother will be on display or have any contact with anyone but Jessica and Joe (or the vet if needed) until puppies are vaccinated and the vaccine has been in their system for at least one to two weeks. This policy ensures our puppies and dogs stay safe and healthy.
No Wait Lists
We do not maintain a wait list. There are a few reasons we don’t like wait lists: there are no guarantees when breeding; mothers may not conceive; the number and sex of puppies in a litter is unpredictable; and live puppies are not guaranteed. A wait list would require a substantial fee, and those funds might be held for longer than someone wants to wait. Instead, we prefer to plan our litters carefully and accept inquiries only when puppies are available.

Because our puppies are so important to us, we prefer phone inquiries only. We want to speak directly with prospective owners to understand where our puppies are going and what they are looking for. Our puppies are not products sitting on a shelf; they are living companions we have spent many long hours preparing for a wonderful life.

- We talk — we learn about your home, family and lifestyle, and you ask us questions about the breed and our dogs.
- We match — when a litter is available that suits your needs, we reach out to you.
- Pickup by appointment — you come to Foxcreek Kennel to meet and pick up your puppy when it is ready.
